At Nagano Hotel Saihokukan Corp.（referred to as "we" from here on）, in regards to individuals personal information, we strive to maintain correct and up to date information.

    • We use customers personal information only for the following reasons. We will not use personal information for other reasons of any kind.
    • Times when contact or communication becomes necessary with customers.
    • General use in the offerring and marketting of products and services thought to be of benefit and interest to the customer, including the market analysis thereof.
    • When a customers permission is granted.
  3. 3． Extent of collected personal information
    • Only the amount necessary for the provision of various specific services will be requested of customers. Provision of unnecessary information is not required.

    • All personal information is treated with the utmost care and will not be given to any third party expect for the following reasons.
    • When requested from the customer.
    • When legally requested from a court of law.
    • When system upgrades require the intervention of a third party, within the understanding that information privacy is of the utmost importance.

    • To protect personal information from unintended access, loss, destruction, falsification, or omission, protective measures are taken on both our systems and the management thereof.
